What we collect
Account data (name, email, username, market), trade data (listings, offers, orders, messages), money data (wallet movements, payment references — never your full card number), verification documents (stored in a private vault), and technical data (IP, device, login history) for security.
Why
To run escrow correctly, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.
Who touches it
Payment providers (Paystack, Flutterwave, Stripe) see what a transaction needs. Verification reviewers see documents only when your case is in the queue. Staff access is capability-gated and audited.
Retention & rights
Trade and ledger records are kept as long as accounting law requires; marketing data is prunable. Ask for a copy or deletion of your account data at /contact.
Cookies
Session and preference cookies keep you signed in and remember your currency and theme. You can clear them any time; the site still works signed out.
