Verified people, real ratings

Seller profiles carry ratings earned only from completed escrow trades, and members can verify their identity to trade at higher limits.

Ratings

Earned, never assigned

A review can only attach to a RELEASED order, by someone who was part of that trade, once per side. Nothing is denormalised — a profile's score is recomputed from the review rows that justify it, so it can never drift from its evidence.

Verification

A human decides

Members request a check; staff review it and the reason is stored with the decision. The checkmark always says what was actually verified — ID, business, or trading record — not a vague sticker.

Limits

Tier-gated escrow

A single order's escrow cap tracks the account's tier. An unverified account trades small; an approved case widens the ceiling. The cap is enforced at the one place every order is funded.

Disputes

Money freezes, trade doesn't stop

An open dispute holds escrow — never the account. Both sides keep read access, their evidence trail, and a 72-hour ruling SLA with a written note on every outcome.
