Trades with escrow protection
If the item is not as described, open a dispute within 48 hours of delivery (7 days for local hub pickup). Escrow stays frozen while the case is open; staff review evidence from both sides and rule to release to the seller or refund the buyer, normally within the 7-day SLA.
Change of mind
Once escrow is released the trade is final. Before release, a seller may cancel an unfunded order; a buyer may cancel an order that has not shipped. Both sides must agree after funding.
BNPL returns
Returning a BNPL product cancels the remaining instalments; instalments already paid are refunded net of use, and any late fees are waived once the return is confirmed.
Wallet refunds
Refunded escrow returns to your SwapR wallet instantly, withdrawable through any enabled rail. Bank-rail withdrawals that fail return to your wallet automatically.
How to start
Open the order and press Open dispute, or message the other side from Messages. If you cannot reach the order, contact support with the reference.
